What you'll do

• Provide direct nursing care to middle school students
• assess health conditions and determine interventions
• administer prescribed medications and treatments
• monitor chronic conditions
• respond to emergencies and provide first aid and CPR
• assist with Individualized Healthcare Plans and Emergency Care Plans
• support accommodations under IEPs and Section 504 plans
• communicate health concerns to families and school personnel
• maintain confidential health records
• support screenings and school health services
• collaborate with school staff, families, and healthcare providers
• provide health education when appropriate.
