Project Manager — Modular Construction

The Project Manager works onsite in Houston, TX, on a Monday–Friday schedule. Compensation is $90,000–$120,000 per year. RoxBox Containers develops modular construction projects, and this role reports to the Director of Operations. The manager oversees projects from design completion through production, completion, and delivery, coordinating clients, internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors. The role keeps schedules, budgets, milestones, documentation, and project decisions aligned to support timely delivery and client expectations.

What you'll do

• Manage projects from design completion through production and delivery
• oversee schedules, budgets, milestones, and deadlines
• identify risks and procurement delays
• serve as primary client contact and lead kickoff meetings
• coordinate design, operations, production, procurement, accounting, and leadership
• source and negotiate with vendors and subcontractors
• oversee project coordinator documentation
• escalate significant delays, risks, and client concerns.
