What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end campaign coordination, including stakeholder management, contract execution, technical setup, file tracking, and weekly updates
• submit accounting tickets and invoices
• prepare month-end accruals
• validate redemptions and track marketing spend
• coordinate with Finance, Accounting, Legal, Compliance, Business Insights, Paid Media, and external merchant teams
• maintain dashboards, produce weekly spend reports, prepare audit documentation, and manage records and automations
• support onboarding, vendor setup, and ad hoc project requests.
