Airport Facilities Manager

What you'll do

• Lead capital and operating projects
• develop and coordinate the airport Capital Plan and Annual Major Maintenance Programs
• collaborate on an asset management plan
• serve as technical expert on fire protection and life safety and facility standards
• coordinate resolution of inspection deficiencies
• support work scopes, budgets, and consultant contracts
• coordinate the structural integrity program
• serve as liaison for the Port Authority sustainability program
• prepare technical drawings when needed.

Why this role
