What you'll do

• Develop and maintain privacy and AI governance policies and practices
• advise stakeholders on privacy, data protection, and AI legal and regulatory risks
• support privacy-by-design in product development
• lead privacy and data protection impact assessments and risk mitigation
• support privacy and data-security incident response, regulatory inquiries, and investigations
• draft, review, and negotiate data-sharing and business associate agreements
• advise client-facing and commercial teams on privacy and AI inquiries.
