Set-Up Technician – Second Shift is an onsite, full-time, temp-to-hire role in Lincolnton, NC, paying $19–$21 per hour. The technician assists with production-line setup and equipment operation, helping ensure products meet work-order and customer specifications. The role supports production quality and continuity through inspections, material coordination, accurate records, and safe work practices.

What you'll do

• Assist with die setups, knife flips and installations, troubleshooting, inspections, lubrication, and production-line setup
• operate equipment and complete pre-run and in-process inspections
• coordinate material movement
• maintain work orders, inspection sheets, tags, coil information, quantities, and labor reports
• follow safety procedures including LOTO and PPE
• maintain an organized workspace and participate in continuous improvement.
