Job overview

The analyst assesses individuals with autism, develops and monitors individualized behavior plans, delivers evidence-based interventions, supports families and staff, and coordinates with multidisciplinary professionals to promote progress, independence, and quality of life.
What you'll do
- Conduct behavioral assessments
- develop and monitor behavior intervention plans
- implement and adjust ABA interventions
- collect and analyze progress data
- maintain clinical records and reports
- educate and support caregivers
- collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals
- supervise and mentor behavior technicians and support staff
- respond to crises using de-escalation techniques
- complete clinical documentation.
