What you'll do

• open and close the store and perform mid-shift duties
• support sales goals, inventory management, pricing, and customer service
• train and evaluate staff
• prepare sales reports, manage stock, process payroll, and schedule staff
• merchandise products
• address customer complaints
• collaborate with program staff on participant training
• ensure policy compliance.
