What you'll do

• Partner with business, operations, product, member/provider experience, and compliance teams
• translate requirements into technical solutions
• own end-to-end Amazon Connect architecture
• design IVR/IVA, contact flows, routing, omnichannel, and self-service
• architect authentication and secure PHI/PII handling
• design healthcare, CRM, and identity integrations
• work with developers on designs and standards
• conduct security reviews and risk assessments
• establish monitoring and KPIs
• lead root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.
