THE ROLE — PLAIN AND SIMPLE. This is a frontline sales position where you conduct vacation ownership tours for pre-qualified guests. Our marketing teams generate and schedule the leads — your job is to build rapport, present our points-based vacation ownership program, and close the sale. The training is structured, the tour flow is consistent, and the commission plan rewards performan
