The lead auditor plans, coordinates, conducts, and follows up on assigned audits to assess compliance and identify improvement opportunities. The role also supports inspection readiness, evaluates corrective actions, and provides technical audit expertise to the organization.

What you'll do

• Lead and conduct corporate QMS audits
• plan audit scope, logistics, execution, and follow-up
• prepare objective technical reports and site classifications
• identify quality-system issues and recommend improvements
• support inspection readiness through audits, CAPA reviews, and coaching
• assess compliance actions
• contribute to audit process improvement
• coach colleagues
• travel widely, including internationally, up to 50% may be considered an asset.
