The Partner Risk & Performance Lead role is onsite in Prairie Village, KS; compensation is $100,000–$120,000 per year. Complete Staffing is recruiting for a growing financial services organization’s Bank Partnerships function. The lead establishes and maintains risk governance for the partnership portfolio, connecting partnership growth with safety and soundness. The role assesses partner risks, monitors controls and performance, and provides leadership with actionable information for oversight and decisions.

What you'll do

• Conduct initial and ongoing partner risk assessments
• maintain risk rating methodologies
• evaluate operational, compliance, credit, strategic, reputational, and information security risks
• support governance reviews
• recommend mitigation and monitoring
• map partnership activities to policies and standards
• maintain control inventories and validate controls
• support policy exception reviews and remediation
• establish KRIs and KPIs
• monitor partner performance, complaints, vendors, servicing, and program outcomes
• coordinate periodic reviews and annual assessments
• analyze trends and prepare executive reporting
• support management, board, and committee reporting
• provide independent risk perspective on partnership initiatives.
