Dance Fitness Instructor

The Dance Fitness Instructor role is onsite in Honolulu, HI. Compensation is $20–$30 per hour. The instructor supports UFC GYM members through structured group fitness classes at the gym. The instructor plans and delivers safe, engaging dance fitness sessions, helping participants of different fitness levels exercise effectively. The role also builds member connection and supports the gym’s programs and community through welcoming instruction and promotion of events and membership offerings.

What you'll do

• Deliver safe, well-paced dance choreography with engaging music
• teach proper movement, form, and modifications
• welcome participants and foster an inclusive environment
• arrive early for setup and start and end classes on time
• handle studio equipment and sound systems correctly
• promote gym programs, special events, and membership perks.
