What you'll do

• Perform quantity take-offs from plans and specifications
• develop estimates with labor, equipment, material costs, and production rates
• solicit subcontractor and supplier quotes
• prepare and submit proposals
• convert awarded estimates into working budgets and schedules
• manage purchasing, subcontracts, costs, change orders, and progress billing
• coordinate with field supervisors and serve as a customer contact.
