The Baker role is onsite in Carmel, IN. Pay is $14–$17 per hour. The baker is part of The Cake Bake Shop’s Production Team, producing baked goods to the brand’s standards for taste, consistency, and presentation. The role prepares ingredients, bakes a range of desserts, and maintains a safe, sanitary, and organized production station. It supports consistent kitchen output and collaborates with other production team members during busy periods.

What you'll do

• Prepare workstations and ingredients
• measure and prepare baking ingredients
• bake cakes, cheesecakes, pies, cookies, and other desserts to established recipes
• monitor baking times and temperatures
• check ingredient and product quality
• operate kitchen equipment safely
• maintain sanitation and food safety standards
• and support production teammates.
