What you'll do

• Plan and organize people and materials for project execution
• lead project teams to meet quality, schedule, budget, safety, and client-experience goals
• manage payment processes
• serve as primary contact for owners and design professionals
• negotiate agreements
• manage schedules, change orders, RFIs, and submittals
• present monthly project progress reports
• contribute to RFP strategy and presentations.
