Direct Support Professional I

The Direct Support Professional I role is onsite in Pasadena, CA, with pay of $18–$18.04 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday, varying hours, approximately 32–40 hours. Momentum provides direct support services for adults with disabilities through its Independent and Community Living Services program. The DSP I implements Individual Service Plans and assists with daily living and personal care. The role supports independence and personal skills while helping maintain a safe and secure home environment.

What you'll do

• Assist with daily living skills and tasks in the home according to schedules and Individual Service Plans
• provide medication-management prompts and assistance as needed
• assist with personal care and hygiene
• support weight-bearing and non-weight-bearing transfers as needed
• comply with policies, procedures, and regulations
• travel throughout Los Angeles and Orange Counties as needed.
