What you'll do

• Operate and monitor mashing, fermentation, utility, and column distillation systems
• start, shut down, clean, and change over production equipment
• perform product transfers, hose setups, tank routing, and Clean-in-Place procedures
• monitor process conditions and production flow
• complete production records
• maintain clean work areas
• support inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance
• follow safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
