What you'll do

• Assist management with interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and equipment upkeep.
• Tasks may include cleaning and sanitizing equipment, preventive maintenance, equipment calibration, replacing filters, gaskets, and belts, cleaning HVAC and exhaust units and condensers, inspecting bulk CO2 and Coke tanks, managing cleaning supplies, and general building upkeep.
