What you'll do

• Serve as a primary contact for participating growers
• support enrollment, onboarding, records, communications, and participation tracking
• collect, validate, and manage farm data for carbon-intensity calculations and reporting
• support nutrient management plans and 4R practices
• assist with conservation and soil-health programs and incentive participation
• use sustainability software and agricultural data systems
• review field records and prepare reports
• educate growers and employees
• represent IAS at meetings, field days, and industry events.
