Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator works onsite in Springfield, OR, with remote flexibility. The regular schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Pay is $20.51–$23.05 per hour, depending on experience. The role supports 9Wood’s custom wood ceiling projects and works across sales, estimating, engineering, drafting, customer service, project management, and production. The coordinator processes project communications, maintains accurate records, prioritizes incoming work, and tracks progress for project managers. This coordination helps customers and internal teams move custom ceiling projects forward with clear information and reliable support.

What you'll do

• Receive and process project correspondence from departments and customers
• filter and prioritize incoming calls
• negotiate turnaround times with customers and internal departments
• update and maintain project records
• review project progress and communicate significant changes to the Project Manager
• coordinate the Project Managers’ work.
