What you'll do

• Coach and train Assistant Leads and Ambassadors
• facilitate staff meetings and training
• create weekly staff schedules and adjust coverage
• track call-outs and time off, approve timesheets and requests
• document incidents and guest interactions
• coordinate with program staff
• respond to guest concerns and complaints
• support site policies, procedures, and operational processes.
