What you'll do

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bids
• perform takeoffs using Bluebeam, OnScreen, and other estimating platforms
• analyze blueprints and project specifications
• review subcontractor and supplier quotes
• collaborate with project managers, sales, and procurement
• maintain historical pricing data
• submit bids by deadlines
• communicate with architects, contractors, and suppliers
• attend project meetings and site visits as needed.
