What you'll do

• Execute financial, local marketing, guest service, and human resource objectives
• manage the restaurant floor and maintain guest contact
• address guest complaints professionally and promptly
• recruit, train, and retain employees
• coach staff and administer the hourly compensation plan
• ensure food meets specifications and service standards
• manage supplies, ordering, and inventory
• oversee equipment and premises
• maintain sanitation and security
• implement promotions
• complete required reports and paperwork.
