Support Services Dispatcher

As Support Services Dispatcher, incumbent will answer telephones, process work orders and assign personnel to complete work order. Greet all incoming vendors and employees and assist employees as needed. The Support Services Dispatcher has frontline responsibility for handling customer service interactions, primarily through telephone and personal contact with both internal and external customers.
