What you'll do

• Supervise daily nursing operations
• assist nursing leadership with management of nursing services
• coordinate resident admissions, transfers, and discharges
• participate in an on-call rotation with three other nurse managers
• ensure compliance with regulations and facility policies
• coordinate nursing services across departments
• lead staff meetings and daily operations
• complete incident reports, evaluations, audits, and medical documentation
• develop work assignments
• support admissions and physician rounds
• provide direct nursing care when necessary
• ensure supplies and equipment are available and staff follow individualized care plans.
