What you'll do

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and employees
• follow security procedures, site policies, and emergency-response activities
• respond professionally to incidents and disturbances
• conduct regular and random armed patrols of common areas, storefronts, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter
• monitor access points and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and policy violations
• prepare incident and patrol reports and required documentation.
