The Front Desk Attendant / Culture Expert role is onsite in Miami Beach, FL, with a stated rate of $15 per hour. The position is the first point of contact for Anatomy members and guests and supports the club’s front desk and membership experience. The role contributes to smooth club operations by answering questions, processing payments, assisting with membership and merchandise needs, and maintaining a welcoming, orderly front desk and lobby. It also helps members and guests navigate club services, promotions, and events.

What you'll do

• Greet members and guests
• answer questions about the club, classes, instructors, and trainers
• assist with product selection and membership questions
• process payments and membership or service transactions using cash and Club Ready POS
• answer simple billing inquiries
• receive deliveries
• maintain product knowledge and a clean, orderly desk and lobby
• complete opening and closing checklists.
