Counter Sales Representative

Job overview

What you'll do

• Greet and assist customers at the counter and by phone
• stock and organize counter shelves
• build customer relationships
• identify needed parts, fixtures, or supplies
• inspect worn or damaged parts
• advise customers on replacements
• learn stock numbers and prices
• find substitutions or modifications when items are unavailable
• process phone orders and inquiries
• pick and fulfill orders using RF-gun technology
• handle returns and assist with loading delivery trucks.
