What you'll do

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries and prepare quotes
• process orders and coordinate with warehouse and purchasing teams
• follow up on outstanding quotes
• research product options, specifications, and cross-references
• assist with pricing, catalog updates, and product information
• provide customer service by phone and email
• collaborate to resolve customer issues
• support e-commerce and back-end system functions as responsibilities expand
• identify process and service improvements.
