Wash Aisle Lead — Linen and Textile Processing

The Wash Aisle Lead role is onsite in Newark, OH, with pay of $16–$18 per hour. Buckeye Linen Service processes and supplies textiles through a multi-state textile rental service. This hands-on role leads daily wash-floor work for a team of two to three production associates, coordinating loads and drying schedules so linen processing, quality checks, and finished-product preparation stay on track. It also offers experience in workflow coordination and production leadership.

What you'll do

• Assign daily tasks to 2–3 production associates
• schedule wash loads and coordinate drying
• sort and process linen and textile products
• inspect cleanliness, quality, damage, and condition
• operate production equipment safely
• monitor chemical inventory
• fold, package, and prepare products for delivery
• follow safety procedures and maintain an organized work area.
