The Retail Tax Expert is an onsite role based in Edison, NJ. Compensation is $32.50–$36.00 per year, and this role supports the TurboTax retail operations at Intuit. This role exists to provide professional tax preparation services and advice to in-person customers. The retail tax expert acts as a community ambassador, building long-term client relationships and helping customers navigate complex tax situations to achieve positive financial outcomes.

What you'll do

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and minimize tax liabilities.
• Engage with new prospects and nurture leads to convert them into long-term clients.
• Represent TurboTax locally and participate in community marketing efforts.
