The Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager role is onsite in Noblesville, IN, at Hamilton Town Center. Pay is $15 per hour. Cherry Hill Programs creates holiday and souvenir experiences for children and families through partnerships with retail locations and destinations. Working alongside the Local Manager, the assistant manager helps lead seasonal photo operations, support and develop the team, and maintain sales and service standards. The role helps families enjoy a smooth, memorable Santa visit and photo experience while supporting daily operations.

What you'll do

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment and uphold company values and policies
• support opening preparations, including hiring completion, inventory, equipment setup and testing, scheduling, training, and opening and closing procedures
• capture photos and help guests choose souvenirs
• resolve customer concerns
• lead by example and reinforce procedures
• troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed
• assist the Local Manager with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and administrative tasks.
