What you'll do

• Ensure and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department.
• Direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures.
• Serve as a resource person for staff.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Participate in quality assessment.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and managers.
• Support patient-first philosophy.
• Assist with staff scheduling.
