The Agile Coach / Release Train Engineer works in a hybrid arrangement, with three days per week required onsite in Charlotte, NC. Compensation is $74.51–$82.51 per hour. The role is with a global financial institution through Genesis10 and is described as a 12+ month contract opportunity. The position combines Agile coaching with facilitation and continuous improvement for one or more Agile Release Trains. It helps leaders and teams apply Lean-Agile practices, coordinate planning and delivery, address cross-team risks and dependencies, and keep work aligned with business priorities and value delivery.

What you'll do

• Coach leaders, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and delivery teams on Lean-Agile principles and practices. Facilitate Agile Release Train ceremonies, including PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, ART Syncs, and Inspect & Adapt events. Establish and monitor ART metrics
• identify, manage, and escalate cross-team risks, impediments, and dependencies. Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align priorities and optimize value delivery. Drive epics, features, and enablers through the delivery lifecycle
• support portfolio and program planning. Track progress against PI objectives and communicate material changes, risks, and delivery concerns.
