• Perform direct patient care within the scope of the Nurse Practice Act, organize, implement, modify, evaluate, and document the plan of care, maintain a safe and therapeutic environment, participate in MCCH initiatives and process improvement, maintain high-quality age-specific care for neonatal, pediatric, adolescent and young adult populations, willing to switch shifts based on facility need, support the mission, vision and values of the organization.

What we're looking for

Education

Associate’s degree is required - if hired after 06/01/2012, BSN required within 24 months of hire into RN position

Experience

3 years of Peds type experience in a Hospital Setting
