• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• (ARRT-R) Radiography.
• (RT) Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer.
• (ARRT-CT) Computed Tomography must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date.
• Associate Degree, or Certificate.
