What you'll do

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• oversee and adjust plans based on data and client progress
• supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians and Mid-Level Supervisors
• collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals
• provide monthly supervision, parent training, and team workshops
• maintain documentation and ethical compliance
• contribute input on hiring and retention
• support program development and ongoing evaluation and innovation.
