What you'll do

• Interview loan applicants and analyze financial information
• negotiate credit terms
• approve loans within the legal limit and bank policy
• monitor customer creditworthiness and loan repayment
• follow up on past-due accounts
• advise customers on business and financial matters
• develop new business and cross-sell bank services
• prepare loan presentations
• support compliance and BSA/AML requirements
• and participate in community affairs. The schedule is an eight-hour shift between 7:45 a.m. and 6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with possible after-hours representation at related functions, customer calls, or training.
