What you'll do

• Partner with the Store Manager to achieve sales goals and business objectives
• monitor performance and execute strategies
• lead by example on the sales floor
• coach team members
• support recruitment, onboarding, and performance development
• represent the brand in the community
• support partnerships, events, and in-store activations
• oversee merchandising, inventory, scheduling, shipment processing, opening and closing, and compliance
• serve as Manager on Duty when needed.
