Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Repair appliances and perform carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, and heating and cooling system work as needed
• complete service requests correctly and promptly
• prepare vacant apartments for lease, including cleaning when needed
• report building, grounds, or system issues to a supervisor
• work with residents, colleagues, administrative staff, and vendors.
