What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, toileting, and hygiene
• support transfers, ambulation, and assistive-device use
• measure and document vital signs and basic observations as directed
• assist with care-related housekeeping, laundry, linens, and meals
• provide companionship
• report changes and safety concerns
• document care
• follow infection-control, safety, confidentiality, and emergency procedures
• perform only tasks within CNA scope and the care plan.
