What you'll do

• Post and reconcile cash, check, and credit card deposits
• reconcile bank accounts, floorplan, and manufacturer statements
• post and reconcile vehicle deals, commissions, and incentives
• process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• maintain general ledger entries and supporting schedules
• assist with month-end and year-end close
• prepare and submit sales tax, payroll tax, and other required reports
• support audits and manufacturer financial reporting.
