Senior Research Associate, HEOR and RWE

Job overview

The Senior Research Associate role is based in Stratevi’s Boston, MA office; compensation starts at $95,000 per year. Stratevi partners with biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and medical device companies to develop and communicate evidence that supports patient access to therapy. The associate supports Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR), including real-world evidence and/or health economics work. Research, analysis, modeling, writing, and quality control contribute evidence and value strategies for client partners and innovative therapies.

What you'll do

• Support primary and secondary research, including surveys and analysis of claims, EHR, hospital billing, and national survey data
• may draft research or statistical analysis plans and assist with questionnaire development
• may support health economic modeling, model plans, calculations, and strategic initiatives
• draft proposal sections, literature reviews, reports, and medical writing
• perform quality control of deliverables.

Why this role

Requires an advanced degree in a related field or a bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years of life sciences consulting experience. R, Python, SAS, STATA, or Excel/VBA expertise is a plus.
