The People Team Intern — Summer 2027 role is onsite in Mojave, CA, with pay of $25–$28 per hour. Stratolaunch develops reusable hypersonic flight-testing capabilities that provide customers with operationally realistic flight data. Through rotations in Talent Management, Compensation, and Talent Acquisition, the intern supports people programs and project work across the HR team. Research, analysis, and a broader process or business-needs project contribute to HR initiatives and recommendations for leadership.

What you'll do

• Rotate through Talent Management, Compensation, and Talent Acquisition
• assist with performance management, employee development, engagement, learning, and reporting
• support compensation research, benchmarking, job descriptions, analysis, and documentation
• assist with job postings, sourcing, interview coordination, candidate communications, recruiting metrics, and onboarding
• complete and present a broader HR project
• maintain confidential HR records.
