Shift Supervisor

The Shift Supervisor role is onsite in Shutesbury, MA, with a Sunday–Thursday schedule from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.; Friday and Saturday are off. Compensation is listed as $23 per hour. What you'll do

• Ensure residents’ health and safety
• provide supervision and support in accordance with support plans
• assist with daily living activities
• maintain housekeeping and a clean, organized residence
• support regulatory and agency compliance
• coach and train staff
• coordinate medical appointments and community activities
• assist with staff meetings and scheduling
• maintain required certifications
• transport individuals as needed.

Why this role

The posting requires at least two years of human services experience, knowledge of DDS/DMH regulations, a valid driver’s license, and a reliable vehicle. An associate degree in human services is preferred.
