Direct Support Worker — Sunday Coverage

What you'll do

• Advocate for individuals served and support their ISP goals
• communicate with individuals, families, guardians, providers, and other stakeholders
• help maintain a safe and personalized home
• monitor health, medical, and nutritional needs
• assist with laundry, cleaning, cooking, meal preparation, and personal care
• support activities
• administer medication if MAP certified
• document services, provide transportation, and respond to emergencies.
