Diamond Sales Expert

The Diamond Sales Expert role is onsite in Bodega Bay, CA. Compensation is $28–$32 per hour. VRAI creates sustainably made diamonds and jewelry, with sustainability, innovation, and craftsmanship at the core of its products and values. The role guides customers through bridal jewelry purchases, providing diamond education and personalized consultations while managing appointments and leads through to sale. It also contributes customer and product feedback and collaborates on custom design projects, launches, events, and other sales activities.

What you'll do

• Advise clients and prepare personalized consultations demonstrating sustainably created diamonds and VRAI jewelry
• follow up to close sales
• assist with jewelry selection, diamond education, jewelry care, and company policies
• maintain virtual and in-person appointment calendars and manage leads
• collaborate with showroom and virtual sales colleagues on clienteling and custom design
• share customer trends and product feedback
• collaborate with marketing and product teams on launches, events, press days, activations, and influencer hosting.

A history of selling diamonds is mandatory. Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday. Certified Gemologist credentials are highly preferred.
