What you'll do

• Greet members and guests
• answer phones
• check members in
• tour and sign up new members
• log amenities and communicate updates and events
• respond to questions and concerns
• process beverage or merchandise purchases
• assist with membership cards, address changes, and billing or payment questions. Clean and maintain the front desk, lobby, exercise equipment, tanning beds, restrooms, and wet areas
• remove trash and re-rack weights.
