Senior Product Manager — Developer Platform and APIs

The Senior Product Manager — Developer Platform and APIs role is onsite in Pleasant Grove, UT. Compensation is not specified. The role owns Alianza’s developer-facing platform and APIs, supporting service providers and Experience Providers building on its communications network. The product manager defines API capabilities and the surrounding developer experience, from access and onboarding to successful integration and adoption. Working with engineering, legal, and commercial teams, the role turns partner needs into reusable platform capabilities and builds a developer audience and adoption framework.

What you'll do

• Own product definition for Experience Provider APIs, including integration contracts, onboarding, lifecycle, and new partner-facing APIs
• turn recurring partner needs into reusable capabilities
• partner with engineering on API design, versioning, deprecation, and compatibility
• define access, credentialing, and permissions
• reduce friction from first contact to first successful API call
• establish developer support and feedback loops
• define adoption metrics
• work with product marketing and sales engineering on enablement and content
• represent the platform in partner and developer conversations
• coordinate with legal and commercial stakeholders on privacy, agreements, packaging, and pricing.
